Refund policy

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date.

If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please email us to submit a problem report.

All shipping costs are non-refundable. An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) must be processed for all returns. All returns received without an RMA will not be accepted. Please email us to request an RMA form. Photos may be required. Once RMA form is received, we will review and determine if your item(s) are eligible for return. You are responsible for return shipping costs. All items must be in unworn and unwashed original condition, free of contaminants such as deodorant, pet hair, perfume/cologne, cigarette smoke, etc.

Exclusive Prints - These items are printed to order and are not eligible for refund or exchange.

 Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have verified a corrected address with you. (If /when applicable)


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if your refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
