Shipping policy

Estimated Shipping Time - We calculate estimated shipping time according to our historical shipping data for deliveries to your area. The estimated delivery time is just an estimate, not a guarantee.

Tracking number not showing tracking info - You will be sent your tracking information by email. Please allow 24 - 48 hours for tracking information to update. In very rare cases, tracking information may not update for several days, if your tracking information does not update within 14 days after shipment please email us and we will look into this for you.

Tracking information shows package delivered, but I did not receive it - In the rare event this happens, we recommend you check with neighbors and your local post office/post master to confirm if they have seen your package. Many "missing" packages are located through this method. If your package shows delivered and you are unable to locate it, Toxic Doom Studios will not be held liable for missing/stolen packages.

International Shipping - Deliveries outside of the United States may incur customs fees, Toxic Doom Studios is not responsible for these fees. The purchaser is responsible to pay these fees.
